Fluido Presale Terms

1. What this is. Fluido is a Spanish-learning product currently in development. By joining the waitlist or making a presale purchase, you are reserving access and/or a founding price ahead of public launch. You do NOT receive access to any product at this time.

2. No access until launch. Waitlist members and presale purchasers will not have access to Fluido until it launches publicly, currently estimated for 2026. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may change.

3. What you're buying.
   • Founding Lifetime ($199): a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to Fluido at the founding price when it launches, plus early access to PURCHASE the Fluido Eco — a pocket voice translator — at a discounted founder price before the general public, if and when it becomes available. The Eco is sold separately; hardware availability, specifications, price, and timing are estimates and may change.
   • Membership ($11.99/month): a subscription that begins billing today and renews monthly until cancelled. Your membership benefits begin at launch.

4. Referral offer. Invite 5 friends who join the waitlist with valid, verified emails and you earn 2 months of free membership, applied at launch. The reward has no cash value. We may withhold or adjust rewards we reasonably believe result from fake, duplicate, or abusive signups.

5. Refunds. Governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Billing & cancellation. We use Stripe to process payments; we never store your card details. Cancel a monthly subscription any time by emailing support@fluidoapp.com.

7. Your data. We collect your email (and name, if given) to manage the waitlist and your purchase and to contact you about Fluido. See our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Changes. Features, content, and pricing described during presale may change before launch.
