Fluido Presale Refund Policy

Fluido is in active development, and presale purchases are made before the product launches. Because of that, we keep refunds simple and fair:

- 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
- Refund any time before launch. Since you don't have access yet, you can request a full refund at any point before Fluido opens to you.
- If we don't launch, you don't pay. If Fluido has not launched within a reasonable time and you no longer want to wait, request a full refund and we'll issue it.
- Applies to both presale offers — the $199 Founding Lifetime and the $11.99/month Membership.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time to stop future charges; the current period is refundable under the rules above.

How to request: email support@fluidoapp.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
