Fluido Presale Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect during the Fluido presale and how we use it. We keep it minimal: enough to run the waitlist and your purchase, nothing more.

1. What we collect.
   • Email address — to confirm your spot, send waitlist and presale updates, and contact you about your purchase.
   • Name — only if you give it, to personalise our emails.
   • Referral data — your referral code, and the code of whoever referred you, to credit the referral reward.
   • Purchase data — plan, amount, and Stripe identifiers for your presale purchase. We never see or store your card number.
   • Limited technical data — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit signups and prevent abuse.

2. How we use it. To operate the waitlist, process presale purchases, send you transactional and presale emails, credit referrals, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who processes it for us.
   • Supabase — stores the waitlist and purchase records.
   • Stripe — processes payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive them.
   • Resend — delivers our emails.
   Each acts as our processor under their own security and privacy terms.

4. Email & consent. Joining the waitlist is double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link and only add you once you click it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. Purchase receipts are transactional and sent regardless.

5. Retention. We keep your data while you're on the waitlist or hold a presale purchase. Ask us to delete it any time (see below); we'll remove it except where we must keep purchase records for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email support@fluidoapp.com from the address you signed up with.

7. Children. Fluido's presale is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes. We may update this policy before launch; material changes will be reflected here.
